I’ve always been a mover. A feeler. A seeker.

Always sensing beyond what I could explain and as a dancer growing up, the language of the body was very familiar to me. It wasn’t until I stepped into a yoga class at fifteen that I felt and remembered what it meant to truly arrive. Something just made sense for the first time in a long time. To finally inhabit my body not as a burden but a blessing.

As someone who was walking with darkness- chronic PTSD, anxiety and depression. I have felt first hand how these practices have saved my life and is why I am so passionate to share them. Yoga and meditation became my pathway back to myself, to be able to be in my body and not outside of it. To stop escaping, to stop numbing, to start BEING.

My practice is slow, fluid, strong. Movement is treated as prayer, as ritual.
It’s breath-led, body-trusting, and soul-deep. I teach through a tantric and somatic lens, with trauma-awareness woven in as an unspoken safety net. My words are often poetic, my themes pulled from ancient wisdom, science, philosophy, and my own lived experience. Every class is an invitation to feel - not just to ‘stretch’.

I teach for the ones who are healing.
The ones who want to remember their wholeness and sacredness.
The ones who are ready to come back into their skin, their truth, their aliveness.
