YOGA & MEDITATION
I’ve always been a feeler, a mover and a seeker.
I grew up dancing, so listening to the body felt natural. But it wasn’t until I found yoga at fifteen that something shifted and for the first time, I wasn’t performing or pushing, I was simply present in my body.
At that time, I was navigating PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Yoga and meditation became more than practices and more like incredible tools and anchors. I began to feel safe in my body again, after a long time of escaping and numbing. They taught me how to stay, hold myself and be.
Now, I teach through a somatic therapy and tantric yoga lens with a deep focus on nervous system regulation. My classes are to help people feel a sense of rootedness back into the body, grounded by the breath and awakened by energy. No practice with me is just about stretching but rather the invitation to truly feel whats going on inside without performing, without fixing but to bring awareness and reverence back in.
Simply, in the words of Mr.Kurt Cobain - come as you are.
I want to make yoga and meditation feel accessible to everyone but especially
for those coming back to themselves after a long time away.
For anyone who wants to feel more like themselves - fully, honestly and gently.
I'm based in Sydney and offer classes, mentorship, and events—online and in person.
