I am self-proclaimed beach bum who grew up in Sydney, Australia.
I am now reside in lush and leafy Melbourne.
I am a green thumb,
a yogi, but first and forever-
I am a creative artist.
I have found and devoted myself to a path of presence, joy, simplicity and connection.
I grew up studying and expressing myself through the creative and performing arts- music, dance, drama, visual art and writing. It has given me a life filled of colourful, rich experience and expression. Over the past 15 years, the opportunities I have had to perform, work and collaborate in this industry have been beyond my wildest dreams. I am passionate about the human experience, vulnerability, authenticity and my intention in my all creative work is always anchored in connecting to others.
Over the past 6 years, I have also dedicated my time to studying and sharing the ancient Indian wisdom and teachings of Yoga. I have been blessed enough to be mentored and trained by world renowned Teachers of this practice. With over 600hrs of training, my true joy lies in sharing Yogic Philosophy. Yoga has become a layer of nourishment on every layer of my life and I do not imagine a day I won’t share this beautiful wisdom. I work with my students intuitively and intentionally guiding them from outside to inside, with lessons to take off the mat and an empowered and embodied connection to not only their physical but emotional, mental and spiritual bodies.
Over the years- I have found many parallels between my life as an artist and a yogi. The main is that they both reside and unfold back to presence. It continuously reminds me of the gifts that live within every moment when we open our hearts to it. I hope to carry the torch through my art and teaching of the powerful reminder that being a breathing, feeling, thinking human being is wonderfully miraculous and to fully embrace and experience our one chance to do that.
My other sources of joy and cup filling include: listening to my favourite vinyls, drawing with oil pastels, reading books, gardening, swimming in the ocean or cuddling my fur babies; Karma & Gypsy.
